We fail more often because we solve the wrong problem than because we get the wrong solution to the right problem.” – Dr. Russell L. Ackoff

To remain competitive, an L&D team must respond to the changing needs of the company with learning solutions that focus on workplace performance. Earlier this year, at Ford Motor Company, Marsha Parker, PhD helped establish a Center of Excellence (CoE) to create a nimble and flexible organization focused on business results. Join us to hear Marsha reflect on and share her experience.

We'll focus on how analytics and design thinking can help your organization become more performance-focused. In addition, you’ll have an opportunity to reflect on how you can communicate the business value that learning provides your organization.

As learning professionals, our solutions are enablers to many human performance strategies. During Marsha's presentation, we’ll explore many important questions performance-based questions like:

  • How does your learning organization demonstrate business value?

  • What are the characteristics of performance-based organizations?

  • How can you transform your organization to be more performance-based?

  • What are the key performance-based solutions that provide the most business value?

  • How can you improve your corporate learning analytics strategy?
